We had a super weekend in Höganäs at Skånes kattklubbs catshow. A lot of nice cat people, everyone was happy and a lot of audience between the rows of cages. Miira and Izak showed themselves from their best side as usual and were given a lot of admired words by curious visitors passing by our cage.

At Saturday both Izak and Miira was nominated to the BIS-panel! Unfortunately they are in the same class and met each other among others. Izak won Best In Show with all judge votes!! This club also voted for Best of the Best (BoB), where all shorthair cat met each other and then a BoB Total where all winning cat met each other to vote for best cat at show. Not all shows do this extra. For the BoB we were very nervous, could Izak win this too?? A beautiful Burmese spayed female which a friend owns won this BoB. Bob Total was a Norwegian Forest cat.

At Sunday Izak was nominated again! He won BIS with all judge votes again!! We were really nervous about the BoB. Would the same Burmese win again? When the cats that not won BoB was called one by one we were more and more nervous. At last only Izak and the Burmese was left and then Izak was BoB!!! He was the shows best shorthair cat this day!!! In the BoB Total Izak met a Persian, a Secret Birma and an Oriantal. It was the Secret Birma that won. We shouted and was happy happy happy about the big show success this weekend!
